Synopsis: Miss Purity's dressmaker is in love with a woman, but it is unrequited - she is only interested in obvious masculine types. Long John advises him to steer clear of her, but Purity plans to bring them together, and in the course of events the dressmaker demonstrates that he really is a 'man'.

Synopsis:
Long John Silver and Miss Purity are informed that a solicitor is intending to take Jim Hawkins back to England. To avoid this Long John enlists Jim into a school in Bermuda. While at the school Jim gets into trouble when he is blamed for the pranks of troublemaker Algy Harwood. Together they both decide to run away, and they set sail for Porto Bello. When their absence is discovered it is feared they could be lost at sea.

Synopsis: Long John Silver comes across a drifting ship on which nearly all the occupants have been murdered, leaving only one survivor, Sean O'Flaherty. Long John assists O'Flaherty to rescue his fiancee from the tyrannical Fernando de Vegas.

Notes: The O'Flaherty role was specially written for Owen Weingott to utilise his swordsmanship skills. Kit Taylor and Connie Gilchrist do not appear in this episode.
